I arrive about 1 day before Charles & Vannessa’s wedding, to ensure my plans goes smoothly. I scouted the location throughout the afternoon to plan my shoot. The weather didn’t play nice when the outdoor photography shoot did not happen because of a rainy day. We make do with some beautiful lighting in Mandarin Oriental Singapore.

Bright sunny afternoon on the wedding eve.

Vanessa’s gown

Love this photo! I love how the gown have a touch modern chinese.

At Vanessa’s apartment, welcoming the bride and the groom.

Tea Ceremony in Singapore! :)

Simply cutee!

We made do with the hotel location. Mandarin has one of the darkest interior lighting, creating a very romantic and warm atmosphere in the hotel. It’s tough to get by with the lightings I’ve got, but we make do :).

I love this photo a plenty. Gives me a feel as though the scene was in a Star Wars movie.

That’s me with Vanessa, after the wedding dinner. Job … done! :)
Charles & Vanessa wedding was my last wedding for 2007, and my first 2008 one too. The wedding took place in Impiana Kuala Lumpur, and Mandarin Oriental over in Singapore the week after. These are some of my favourites from the ceremony in KL.

The first meeting I had with David, was Oldtown Kopitiam. The one near Plaza Damas. I admit. I am clumsy. I parked my car, rushed down for the meeting. I was only greeted back with a parking ticket for forgetting to put one on the dash board that day. How unlucky.
It was lucky though, to meet David, and later on Stephanie when she join us for lunch. Went through the presentation mojo, and I think how glad I was that David & Stephanie bought the idea.
Fast forward a couple of weeks later, I was at their wedding reception. The morning ceremony was simple and fun. Met both the Wong and the Chue family. It was a great day out.
Here are some of my favourites shots from the wedding:

The beautiful banquet hall over Sheraton Subang.

Let me introduce to you guys my co-workers :). They were great people!

The happy couple.
