The 1st week of March was spent traveling up to Penang. Had plenty of Asam Laksa, Chow Kuey Teow and to top off, a full weekend of shooting a beach wedding. Love it!The wedding day event is a whole post itself and I will blog about it when I complete the whole set of photos later on in the month. What I can’t wait to showcase to everyone is the evening shoot that we had the day after when Hui & Khong trashed their dresses.These are some of my favorites:
We started off the evening shoot after resting almost an hour while waiting the sun to set. There is a reason why photographers call these 10 to 15 minutes of the day, their golden hour. It sunset cast the photograph gold and warm. Simply lovely.Hui & Khong getting jiggy stepping into the sea The sunset casting some interesting colors behind the couple.The last part of the photoshoot was one of the most interesting one when the couple had a wild time swimming in the pool. It was almost pitch dark when these shots were taken. It’s quite challenging to navigate and estimate in the dark, but we manage to get some really interesting result.We complete the shoot cleaning up under the shower before we pack and head off to some local nasi kandar to celebrate :).
